I greatly enjoyed friendliness of staff, can just recommend.

The room was kept clean and available well equipped with fridge. Had nice facilities like a coffee machine, a safe box, and a storage.

The hotel was nice, we recommend it to all. The location of the property was great and fab - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper. Moreover, the area was nice enough.

It was clean with incredibly kind staff in the reception desk. The setting was magnificent, very close to Times Square in 10 minutes, Right by Penn Station and Emoire.

Enjoyable breakfast with a lot of cheap foods.

It's original and stylish place for holiday!!!

It has exceptionally kind and incredibly nice staff members in the reception desk. An underground station is nearby the hotel, very central location.

Delightful hotel with polite staff in the reception desk. The room was lovely, and we had an awesome view of the roof top.

An original hotel, my first choice in New York. Easy base for discovering New York with accommodating staff in the reception desk. The rooms well equipped with fridge. Very central location near many train stations.  

Very quick check-in and nice customer service. Lovely bedroom.

The breakfast was enjoyable with a lot of dishes. Had functional, well-appointed room that was kept clean. The hotel was in a great and beautiful location right by the Landmarks or tourist attractions of New York City and the shopping areas, train station, 

Pleasant hotel with great location near metro in the Manhattan district. Tidy rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Costs £ 107.

The food was fine with a wide range of choice!

The staff - some of them were not particularly friendly.

The location was great and beautiful, close enough to Hudson Yards, Times Square, subways and restaurants and attractio and just next door to Koreatown we wanted to see. The room was spotless and modern, included a storage, 

Overall - lovely place with CORDIAL staff in the reception desk. The breakfast at a boulangerie next door.

Awful area.

The room was fairly quiet and the view of the skyline was excellent. It had a storage space, heating, and coffee, plus other facilities.

Booked a room with exceptional views, and the staff were absolutely kind and exceptionally nice people in the reception desk.
